Getting Started

Step 1.

This presentation covers all you need about VOLUNTEERING FOR COFFEE TALK.

Step 3.

Download and install the VONAGE Business Communications App from your DEVICES App Store. (See Step 1 Presentation for step-by-step instructions)

Step 4.

Launch the VONAGE App and FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH ITS FEATURES

Step 5.

While logged into the VONAGE App, review all training materials with a Staff Member or Volunteer Leader so you are comfortable navigating it.

View/Download our Community Resources Guide. This comprehensive resource guide provides a list of community resources available for older adults throughout MN. The resource guide is arranged by city and category.

Remember to fill out a call report for each caller you speak with.

Coffee Talk volunteers and staff meet regularly as a team, either in person or via Zoom, for ongoing support, asking questions, sharing ideas, and building friendships. Watch your email for meeting dates and times.
