Welcome Danielle Andrews

Friends & Co is proud to announce the appointment of Danielle Andrews as the new Director of Member Services.

Addrews has an extensive background in education, has served the Twin Cities community in various ways, and has had the opportunity to partner with and support individuals from birth through end-of-life. She brings an extensive background in customer service and a passion for the organization’s mission to her new role.

In her new position, Addrews will ensure that Friends & Co provides an exceptional experience for its members. She will oversee the Member Services team and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure members have the necessary resources to thrive. Addrews is a strong advocate for customer service and is committed to creating an environment where members feel valued and supported. She believes that members should have access to the best services available, and she is excited to work with the team to make that happen.
