Jethra Kapp has joined Friends & Co

We are excited to announce that Jethra Kapp has joined Friends & Co as the new Director of Program Development. With her extensive experience and expertise, we are confident that Jethra will help us grow and thrive in the future.

As Director of Program Development, Jethra will lead the development and implementation of existing and new programs to meet the needs of our members. She will work closely with our team and members to identify new opportunities, assess community needs, and create innovative programs to help us deliver meaningful connections.

Jethra brings over 30 years of experience as a teacher, working with student teachers and volunteers. She holds a Master’s degree in Science and a Bachelors of Arts degree in Spanish and has a proven track record of success in managing and initiating programs. Jethra is known for building relationships and enjoys collaborating with colleagues.

Jethra’s skills, experience, and passion for innovation make her a valuable addition to our team. We look forward to seeing her impact in her new role.
