Free, drop-in gatherings for older LGBTQ+ adults to relax, talk, laugh and connect. Held at various locations across the Twin Cities. Enjoy complimentary coffee, pastries, or lunch.
No pressure. No explaining yourself. Just socializing and friendship!

Two ways to gather - all month long
Both are free. Both are drop-in. You don’t need to choose, try one or both.
Let’s Do Coffee
Casual come-as-you-are coffee and pastry meet-ups throughout the month. Small, and designed for easy conversations and getting to know others without pressure.
Let’s Do Lunch Café
Casual café-style meal with a touch of intention. Gatherings include a short talk from a guest speaker offering new ideas, perspectives, and something to take with you beyond the table.

When you enter any Friends & Co event or program, you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur.
We’re a fun community and love capturing good moments — but we completely understand that some people prefer not to be photographed or recorded. From bad-hair days to privacy concerns, every reason is valid. If you prefer not to be included in photos or videos at any time, feel free to step aside or let a staff member know — no explanation needed.
